Application for ECE (BBA INSEEC Program) must be made online

WHO CAN APPLY?

Students with a High School Degree.

 

DOCUMENTS TO BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR APPLICATION FORM

Once the application completed, you’ll be asked to join the following documents with your application form:

  • A completed online application form with your answers
  • 1 academic letter of recommendation
  • Last two years High School transcripts(s) and diploma(s)
  • 2 passport-size photos
  • 1 passport or ID photocopy
  • Proof of English and French proficiency, or a test interview with our admission office
  • A short essay on one of the topics in the application

Exchange Students

All students applying to ECE-BBA INSEEC as Erasmus or Exchange Students must be nominated by their home institutions and go through Exchange Application Procedure available on our international website.

STEP 1: NOMINATION

Erasmus / Exchange students should first get approval from their home university for their planned exchange. All applicants must be officially nominated by their home university.

 

STEP 2: APPLICATION

To submit an application, students must:

  • fill in the online application form and select the school they wish to attend (ECE) as well as the campus (Bordeaux or Lyon)

Send the following documents by email to: mailto:international@inseec.com:

  • Official Transcript of Records of their past academic years (showing grades achieved from home university, in English)
  • Resume / CV with the students photo
  • Cover letter / Motivation letter
  • Copy of student passport or EU ID card
  • Copy of European health insurance card or certificate. (Please note: all Non EU students will have to register to the French National Health Insurance System. The estimated cost is €211.

The application deadlines for exchange studies are:

  • 16 May for Fall semester / Whole year
  • 31 October for Spring semester

STEP 3: ACCEPTANCE

 

European students:
The acceptance letter will be sent by email to the students by June. If students need an original acceptance letter for their visa, they will have to send an email to the local coordinator.

 

Non-European students:
A copy of the acceptance letter will be sent by email and the original will be sent to the coordinator from the students’ home university.

 

STEP 4: COURSE REGISTRATION

 

After acceptance, students are asked to register for courses by filling out Learning Agreements, the updated academic offer being communicated in June for Fall term and in December for Spring term. The syllabus of courses are be provided on request.

Please note that courses are subject to change. Students will have a 2-week drop/add period to modify their schedules. No changes will be made after the drop/add period.
If they have sufficient knowledge of the French language, students can follow alternative programs in French. For more information please contact the local coordinator of the school and campus you are interested in.

Final registration for courses is done within first month after the orientation period.
