All students applying to ECE-BBA INSEEC as Erasmus or Exchange Students must be nominated by their home institutions and go through Exchange Application Procedure available on our international website.

STEP 1: NOMINATION
Erasmus / Exchange students should first get approval from their home university for their planned exchange. All applicants must be officially nominated by their home university.
STEP 2: APPLICATION
To submit an application, students must:

STEP 3: ACCEPTANCE
The acceptance letter will be sent by email to the students by June. If students need an original acceptance letter for their visa, they will have to send an email to the local coordinator.
A copy of the acceptance letter will be sent by email and the original will be sent to the coordinator from the students’ home university.
STEP 4: COURSE REGISTRATION
After acceptance, students are asked to register for courses by filling out Learning Agreements, the updated academic offer being communicated in June for Fall term and in December for Spring term. The syllabus of courses are be provided on request.
Please note that courses are subject to change. Students will have a 2-week drop/add period to modify their schedules. No changes will be made after the drop/add period.
If they have sufficient knowledge of the French language, students can follow alternative programs in French. For more information please contact the local coordinator of the school and campus you are interested in.
Final registration for courses is done within first month after the orientation period.
