Once the application completed, you’ll be asked to join the following documents with your application form:
EXCHANGE & ERASMUS STUDENTS
All students applying to ECE-BBA INSEEC as Erasmus or Exchange Students have a wonderful opportunity to complete their semester/year abroad in vibrant cities as Bordeaux and Lyon.
Student shall be nominated by their home institutions and go through Exchange Application Procedure available on our international website.

Erasmus / Exchange students should first get approval from their home university for their planned exchange.
All applicants shall be officially nominated by their home university.
Nomination shall be adressed to International Office (email@example.com) or online including the following details:
Last Name, First Name
Date of Birth
Study Period (Fall/Spring, Whole Year)
Campus / Programme
Home Institution Coordinator (Name; email)
To submit an application, students must:
- fill in the online Application form
- Send the following documents by email to International Office (firstname.lastname@example.org):
> Recent / In-progress Transcript of Records (in English)
> Copy of Identity card (Passport or EU ID card for EU citizens)
> Statement of Purpose (Motivation Letter)
> Copy of European Health Insurance Policy (for EU citizens)
Fall semester / Whole year : May 31
Spring semester : November 15
The admission process starts when we have received the complete application and required supporting documentation.
The Letter of Acceptance (LoA) is issued within a four-week period after the deadline and sent by email to the students and home coordinator.
EU students: Should you need an original LoA, it will be edited on request and sent to the home institution coordinator.
Non-EU students: A copy of the LoA is sent by email and the hard copy is automatically mailed to the home institution.
After acceptance, students are asked to register for courses by filling out a Learning Agreement based on the course catalogue provided.
Please note that courses are subject to minor changes. Final registration for courses is done within first month after the orientation period.
Students will have a 2-week drop/add period in the beginning of each semester to modify their study programme.
No changes will be made after the drop/add period.
If students have a sufficient knowledge of the French language, they can follow an alternative programme in French.

International Students have an possibility to follow courses within Exchange Programmes taught in English and regular programmes taught in French/English.
Please pay attention that:
- programmes vary from campus to another;
- courses from different programmes cannot be mixed;
- number of available spots per prorgamme being limited, “first come- first served” basis will apply;
- students have to choose classes with a minimum of 24 ECTS credits corresponding to full-time study framework.
- a complete course catalogue can be provided on request.
